Create and Edit Tags

Limited Availability: Tag Configuration is a Limited Availability feature. To classify and manage traffic and content across Sanctioned, Shadow, and Web services using tags, contact Skyhigh Support. 

 

Create a Tag

NOTE: You can edit a tag once it is created, but you cannot delete it.

To create a tag:

  1. Go to Settings > Infrastructure > Tag Configuration.

  2. Click Add Tag.

  3. Enter a unique tag name and the description of the tag in the specified fields, and then click Save.

  4. On the Save Configuration dialog, click Save.

Edit a Tag

To edit a tag:

  1. Go to Settings > Infrastructure > Tag Configuration.
  2. Select the tag name and click the corresponding edit icon.

  3. Edit the required fields and click Save.
  4. On the Save Configuration dialog, click Save.

Editing a tag will update all the existing and future logs associated with it. 

NOTES:  

  • This page lists all the tags including Cloud Connector tags.
  • You can see the edited tag name on the Users and Services pages only after six hours of creation.
