Step 2: Create a Procore Instance in Skyhigh CASB

Limited Availability: CASB Connect for Procore is a Limited Availability feature. To enable API access for your Procore instance, contact Skyhigh Support. 

To integrate Skyhigh CASB with Procore, you must first create a Procore instance in Skyhigh CASB. 

To create a Procore instance:

  1. Log in to Skyhigh CASB.
  2. Go to Settings > Service Management.
  3. Click Add Service Instance.

  4. Select Procore, and enter a unique name for the instance.

  5. Click Done. 

NOTE: After creating an instance in Skyhigh CASB, you must retrieve the Tenant ID and Instance ID from Skyhigh CASB. You will need this in Step 4 to enable webhooks in Procore to receive event notifications. For details on how to obtain the Tenant ID and Instance ID, see Skyhigh CASB Tenant ID and Instance ID.

 

Skyhigh CASB Tenant ID and Instance ID

To obtain the Tenant ID and Instance ID from Skyhigh CASB:

  1. Log in to Skyhigh CASB, and go to Settings > Service Management.
  2. Select the managed Procore instance, and right-click Inspect Element. You can find the InstanceId from the URL.

  3. Go to Network, and click Command R or Control R to reload.
  4. Under Name, select the InstanceId.
  5. Select Preview to get the instanceId and tenantId.
