Skyhigh CASB supports activity monitoring for the following activity types in ChatGPT:

ChatGPT with Skyhigh CASB
After integrating ChatGPT with Skyhigh CASB, you can monitor the ChatGPT activity events and real-time DLP event counts on the Service Management page, and ChatGPT user activities on the Activities page:
- Select OpenAI - ChatGPT from the Services to view the monitored ChatGPT activity events and real-time DLP event counts on the Service Management page (Settings > Service Management).
- Select ChatGPT as the service name to view the ChatGPT user activities on the Activities page (Incidents > User Activity > Activities).
