Monitor AI Service Usage and Risks Using the AI Dashboard

Limited Availability: To access AI Dashboard cards for LLM Risk Attributes and Microsoft 365 Copilot/ChatGPT incidents, contact Skyhigh Support.

The AI Dashboard features nine default cards that combine AI attributes, AI metrics, and DLP incidents to deliver a unified view of AI usage across users, data volume, and risk levels. The dashboard helps administrators monitor and assess AI activity by highlighting risky LLM services based on attributes such as Jailbreak, Malware, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and Open Worldwide Application Security Project (OWASP). It also includes ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot incident cards, which are populated through customer API integrations. This dashboard enables security teams to quickly identify high-risk AI behaviors, correlate DLP policy violations, and strengthen visibility into enterprise AI adoption.

The nine dashboard cards for AI services are categorized by:

  1. AI Services by Users. Tracks the number of users accessing AI services by service name and its associated risk type.
  2. AI Services by Data Volume. Monitors the volume of data uploaded to AI services by service name and its associated risk type.
  3. AI Services by Risk Type. Tracks the volume of data associated with AI services by risk type.
  4. Jailbreak Services by Risk. Tracks the number of AI services that detect Jailbreak, categorized by risk type.
  5. Malware Services by Risk. Tracks the number of AI services that detect Malware, categorized by risk type.
  6. NIST Services by Risk. Tracks the number of AI services that detect NIST, categorized by risk type.
  7. OWASP Services by Risk. Tracks the number of AI services that detect OWASP, categorized by risk type
  8. Microsoft 365 Copilot - Incidents. Tracks the number of Microsoft 365 Copilot incidents.
  9. ChatGPT - Incidents. Tracks the number of ChatGPT incidents.

You can use these dashboard cards to effectively track and monitor LLM-based AI services, including Jailbreak, Malware, NIST, and OWASP risk attributes, identify anomalous trends or security threats, and take necessary actions such as blocking specific AI services when needed.

NOTE: Dashboard cards for AI services are based on the Skyhigh-recommended saved views. For details, see Saved View for AI Services,  Saved View to Identify AI Services with High-Risk LLM Attributes, and Saved View for Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT Incidents.
