Known Behaviors of Microsoft 365 Copilot with Skyhigh CASB

Limited Availability: Microsoft 365 Copilot integration is a feature with limited availability. For assistance, contact Skyhigh Support.

After integrating Copilot with Skyhigh CASB, the following known behaviors of Copilot are observed: 

  • Skyhigh CASB generates multiple events for User Prompt with File and Copilot Response with File incidents because deduplication is not supported.
  • On the Activities and Incidents pages, for the Copilot Response and Copilot Response with File types, the user's email address is displayed as M365_Copilot_Admin.
  • In Word, Skyhigh CASB supports Copilot for content authoring tasks such as drafting and editing, but interactive Copilot chat is not supported.
