Known Behaviors of Microsoft 365 Copilot with Skyhigh CASB

After integrating Copilot with Skyhigh CASB, the following known behaviors of Copilot are observed: 

  • Skyhigh CASB generates multiple events for User Prompt with File and Copilot Response with File incidents because deduplication is not supported.
  • On the Activities page, for the Copilot Response and Copilot Response with File types, the user's email address is displayed as M365_Copilot_Admin.
