Change the Owner of Multiple Incidents
You can change the owner of one or more incidents to assign remediation efforts to another user or yourself. This change takes effect immediately.
To change the owner of Policy Incidents:
- Go to Incidents > Policy Incidents.
- On the Policy Incidents table, select the required incidents to change the owner and assign the remediation efforts.
- Click Actions > Change Owner.
- On the Change Owner dialog, select the new owner from the list. All users in your organization with proper access are listed.
- You can either assign it to other users or yourself. The Owner assignment list is dynamically rearranged for each user, with your name (me) appearing at the top for easy self-assignment.
