Enable GitHub API Access in Skyhigh CASB

Limited Availability: GitHub integration is a Limited Availability feature. To enable API access for your GitHub instance, contact Skyhigh Support.

To enable API access for a GitHub instance:

  1. In Skyhigh CASB, go to Settings > Service Management.
  2. Select the newly created GitHub instance from the list of Services.
  3. Go to the Setup tab, and then click Enable.

  4. On the Provide API Credentials page, click Provide API Credentials.

  5. On the Provide API Credentials page, enter the Client ID and Client Secret generated during GitHub App creation, and then click Submit.

API access is now enabled for your GitHub instance in Skyhigh CASB.

NOTE: On the Skyhigh CASB dashboard, go to Incidents > User Activity > Activities to view the GitHub monitored activities.
