Create Copilot Instance in Skyhigh CASB

You must create a Copilot instance in Skyhigh CASB to integrate Skyhigh CASB with Microsoft 365 Copilot.

To create a Copilot instance:

  1. Log in to Skyhigh CASB.
  2. Go to Settings > Service Management.
  3. Click Add Service Instance.

  4. Select Microsoft 365 Copilot, and enter a unique name for the instance.
  5. Click Done.

After creating a Copilot instance, you must enable API access. Before enabling the API access, contact Skyhigh Support.
