Limitations and Known Issues of NOT Operator

Limitations
- On the Policy Incidents and Policy Summary pages, the NOT operator is not supported for range filters such as Historical User Risk Type, File Size, and Total Match Count, which include range/comparison queries.
- The following range operations such as <,<=,>,>= are not supported when used with the NOT operator.
- You cannot create a Saved View using the NOT operator on both the Policy Incidents and Policy Summary pages. If you attempt to use the Saved View feature with the NOT operator, the following message is displayed.
Known Issues and Workarounds on Services Page
There is a known issue when searching for Service Categories with the NOT operator to exclude a subcategory; it does not work as intended.
The workaround is to select the Service Category from the Filters tab, then deselect the subcategory you want to exclude. This provides the search results you need.
