Known Behaviors of ChatGPT with Skyhigh CASB

After integrating ChatGPT with Skyhigh CASB, the following behaviors of ChatGPT are observed:

If any messages or files posted in a conversation match the DLP delete response action, the entire conversation will be deleted.
Due to the known behavior of ChatGPT UI, if any sensitive content is removed from the conversation, the tombstone message will not reflect immediately until you refresh the ChatGPT page manually.

On the Activity Monitoring and Incidents page, SOC admins can download user-uploaded files only within two to three hours. After this period, ChatGPT will deactivate the file download links.
Due to API limitations, content deduplication and metadata deduplication on files are not supported.
Due to API limitations, the Canvas event detection is not supported.
You may experience delays in event processing, and OpenAI is aware of the issue.
