Inactive Services
Skyhigh CASB marks a service Inactive in the Cloud Registry when a CSP withdraws support for a service, the service is shut down, the company is acquired, or the service no longer qualifies as a cloud service.
In this case, the service no longer appears on the Governance > Cloud Registry page. It still appears on the Analytics > Services page, but it is marked as Inactive.
Also, the Service Details page is still accessible for that service, but it includes a message that the service was marked Inactive.
All traffic for Inactive services is tracked via the Unmatched Uploads page.
