Distributed Detokenization for Multiple Cloud Connectors

For multiple Skyhigh Cloud Connectors, to perform distributed detokenization, you must configure them to communicate data to each other. 

If you are on Skyhigh Cloud Connector later than version 3.9.2,  go to Cloud Connector Config Tokenization, and set the advanced setting parameter Disable remote detokenization to No.

Configure the Proxy Bypass

If Cloud Connector uses a proxy to connect to Skyhigh CASB, configure the Proxy Bypass:

  1. Open a web browser and enter the IP address you set during installation into the address bar.
  2. Log in using an email address and password with Cloud Connector permissions.
  3. Go to Status & Configuration > Internet Access.
  4. In the Proxy Bypass Hosts field, add a list of all Cloud Connector symbolic links (local and remote) separated by semi-column.
  5. Click Save. 
  6. Restart Cloud Connector for the configuration to take effect.
