SAP S/4HANA is an advanced cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform developed by SAP for large and medium-sized organizations. It integrates, processes, and analyzes large amounts of real-time data to boost customer engagement in sales, service, marketing, commerce, and data cloud. Skyhigh CASB for SAP S/4HANA allows Security Operations Center (SOC) admins to secure and monitor user activities in cloud data and User Authorization Management.

Activity Monitoring

SOC admins can monitor SAP S/4HANA's user activity in the Skyhigh CASB Activity Monitoring page.

Supported User Activities in SAP S/4HANA

Skyhigh CASB supports the activity monitoring for the following Role Based Access Authorization process categories in SAP S/4HANA:

  • Security Audit Logs. Retrieves the security audit log data to integrate them into your Security Information and Event Management solution (SIEM) to detect security-relevant event situations.
  • Business user changes. Monitors a list of change documents for business users.
  • Business role changes. Monitors a list of change documents for business roles.

SAP S/4HANA for Skyhigh CASB

After integrating SAP S/4HANA with Skyhigh CASB, you can monitor the SAP S/4HANA activity event count on the Service Management page and SAP S/4HANA user activities on the Activities page:

  1. Select SAP S/4HANA from the Services to monitor the SAP S/4HANA activity events count on the Service Management page (Settings > Service Management).

  2. Select SAP S/4HANA as the service name to view the SAP S/4HANA user activities on the Activities page (Incidents > User Activity > Activities).
