About Primary User (Admin)
The Primary User (Admin) of your Skyhigh SSE account is the first user whose email address is registered during tenant creation. The Primary User acts as an account administrator and serves as the main point of contact for upgrades and ordering for all Skyhigh Security services. The Primary User is non-editable in IAM.
A tenant can have multiple Admin users, but only one Primary User. The Primary User and Admin Users can add more new Admin Users.
About Primary User (Admin) Menu
The Primary User (Admin) menu at the top right corner of the Skyhigh Security IAM login page allows you to perform the following actions :
- User Profile
- Manage Users
- My Subscriptions
- Identity Provider
- Log Off. Select this option to sign out of your Primary User (Admin) account.
NOTE: If your tenant has not been migrated to the IAM login, you will not see these options on the IAM Login page.
