User Ingestion Details on Directory Service

You can view the user ingestion details on the Directory Service page. The Directory Service page displays the user ingestion details on the Directory Service Status and Source Details tabs:

Directory Service Status. Provides information about the total number of ingested users from all configured data sources.
Source Details. Provides information on the ingested users for the selected data source.

Directory Service Status

Displays the status of the directory service, which includes the following information:

Total Ingested Users. Displays the total number of users ingested from all the data sources, along with the timestamp of the most recent user ingested.
Source. Displays the name of the enabled data source.
Last Sync. Displays the timestamp of the last directory service sync.
Directory. Displays the type of the data source.
Ingested Users. Displays the count of users last ingested into the directory service by the respective data source.

Source Details

Displays user ingestion details for each data source, including:

Users. Displays the number of users last ingested into the directory service from the selected data source, along with the timestamp.

Sync Log

Displays the last five user ingested data, which includes the following information:

Last Sync. Displays the timestamp of the recent directory service sync.
Ingested Rows. Displays the count of users that were ingested into the directory service during the last sync.
Rejected Rows. Displays the count of users rejected from the last directory service sync.
