Enable Google Chat API Access in Skyhigh CASB

To enable API access for a Google Chat instance:
- In Skyhigh CASB, go to Settings > Service Management.
- Select the newly created Google Chat instance from the list of Services.
- Go to the Setup tab, and then click Enable.
- Review the prerequisites, select the checkbox, and then click Next.
- On the Provide API Credentials page, click Provide API Credentials.
- A pop-up appears. Enter G Suit admin account credentials and authenticate.
- Click Continue.
- Click Allow.
- Click Done.
API access is now enabled for your Google Chat instance in Skyhigh CASB.
NOTE: On the Skyhigh CASB dashboard, go to Incidents > User Activity > Activities to view the Google Chat monitored activities.
