Primary User - My Subscriptions

My Subscriptions option provides an overview of your account's license, utilization summary, and order history.

  1. Click My Subscriptions.

  2. Skyhigh Security Subscription consists of the following elements:
    • Active Subscriptions. Displays the total number of active product subscriptions.
    • Utilization Summary. Displays the total number of purchased licenses and the usage of the services.
    • APIs Utilization Summary. Select the time period for which you want to see the APIs' usage of the services.
    • Order History. Displays the total number of products ordered with the details of the ordered date, term as licensed or trial, the status as active or inactive, and the Order ID.
