Dashboard Card Types
You can create custom cards for your dashboards. The dashboards that you created are saved under Dashboards > My Dashboards.
Cards can be created with the following types:
Dashboards
- Services:
- Allowed Denied. Displays the number of allowed, denied, and partially allowed.
- Service Risk. Displays the number of low, medium, and high service risks.
- Service Usage. Displays the number of service users, and the amount of data uploaded.
- Users:
- Users Data. Displays the number of service users, the amount of data uploaded, and the number of services.
- Incidents:
- Response Action. Displays the total number of incidents by the response: Quarantine, Delete, or Other.
- Incident Severity. Displays the number and percentage of incidents, as well as the number of high, low, and medium incidents.
- Policy Type. Displays the number of violations.
- Threats. Displays the total number of threat counts by service name, threat status, and severity. Click the card to go to the Threats page for more information.
- Anomaly. Displays the total number of anomalies counts by severity and anomaly status. Click the card to go to the Anomaly page for more information.
- Activity. Provides details on the user activities captured within your organization. It can monitor how users within your organization use cloud services over time. For details, see About Activities.
- Connected Apps. Displays all Connected Apps by apps, users, or scopes by risk type, status, service accessed, service instance, and more. Click the card to go to the Connected Apps page for more information.
- Resources. You can view your IaaS and Container Resources in AWS, Azure, and GCP enabled with Skyhigh CASB. Click the card to go to the Resources page for more information.
Private Access Dashboard
The Private Access Dashboard provides statistics on the private access connectors, connector groups, private applications, and users. The cards related to the Private Access Dashboard are listed below:
- Private Access Users. Provides the list of users accessing the private applications. For details about the filters and the options related to Private Access Users, see Private Access Users.
- Private Access Usage. Provides information about private application usage. For details about the filters and the options related to Private Access Usage, see Private Access Usage.
- Devices. Provides the Private Access device details such as device ID, device profile, operating system installed on the devices, user name, policy revision, and the timestamp of the last activity. For details about the filters and the options related to Private Access Devices, see Monitor User Devices.
- Private Application. Provides the list of private applications configured in a connector group and their current status. For details about the filters and the options related to Private Application, see About Private Applications.
- Connector Groups. Provides the details of connector groups. For example, number of connectors configured in a connector group, number of private applications, average utilization of all connectors in a connector group, and timestamp of the last activity. - Connectors. Provides the details of connectors. For example, number of connectors configured in a connector group, number of private applications that are up and running, average utilization of all connectors in a connector group, and the timestamp of the last activity. Web Dashboard
The Web Dashboard provides a summary of web malware and web traffic activities. The dashboard provides easy and quick access to top web requests and trends. The cards related to Web Dashboard are listed below:
- Web Traffic. Provides an overview of your organization's traffic data, which can be sorted or filtered to support your investigation or reporting. For details, see Web Traffic Page.
- Web Malware. Provides a list of websites affected by malware, which can be sorted or filtered to support your investigation or reporting. For details, see Web Malware Page.
- Web Users. Monitors number of web users who visited a website. For details, see Web Users Page.
- Isolated Sites. Displays the number of websites to which browser isolation is currently applied after access requests from users in your organization. For details, see Isolated Sites Page.
- Isolated File Transfers. Displays the total number of file transfers completed while organization users are accessing websites with browser isolation enabled. For details, see Isolated File Transfers Page.
Cloud Firewall Dashboard
The Cloud Firewall Dashboard provides the summary of firewall traffic data. The cards related to Cloud Firewall Dashboard are listed below:
- Cloud Firewall Traffic. Monitors all traffic from the desktop applications that bypass Skyhigh SSE and traffic that drops at the endpoint. For details about the filters and the options related to Cloud Firewall Traffic, see Cloud Firewall Traffic.
