The following are considered as known issues. To be addressed in the future releases.

  • Text content in messages that include uploaded files not supported by DLP Policies. If you create a DLP policy with the Delete response action to identify and remove a message containing both text and uploaded files, the policy is not applied to the text in the message. Skyhigh CASB evaluates only the file for DLP.

  • Text with special characters or formatting elements in messages not supported by DLP Policies. When a message is sent in Slack, only the messages that contain plain text are evaluated for DLP. Messages that contain text with special characters or formatting elements such as '@' mentions, italicized text, links, bullet points, or numbered lists are not evaluated for DLP.
