Dropbox API Prerequisites
The following prerequisites are required to configure Skyhigh CASB for Dropbox via API.
- Admin Dropbox account. A Dropbox Advanced or Dropbox Enterprise subscription is required.
You can verify the subscription details at the Admin console > Settings > Manage plan.
NOTE: Dropbox has two Business subscription plans (Standard and Advanced) that replaced the previous Business Subscription plan as of September 2017. Old Business subscribers are automatically granted access to the new Advanced subscription plan unless they choose to downgrade. The subscription, called the Prior Dropbox Business plan, is in place until further renewal.
To change your subscription plan, contact the Dropbox team.
You must have an Advanced or Enterprise plan for API integration with Skyhigh CASB.
