Sign In to Skyhigh Security Cloud for the First Time
After you activate your Skyhigh account, you can sign in for the first time and set up access to web setup and web policy. When you sign up for a Skyhigh account trial, buy, or renew a subscription, Skyhigh Security will send a welcome email containing subscription details, including the number of user licenses and the expiration date. If it's your first time setting up a Skyhigh account, Skyhigh Security will send a second welcome email with an activation link.
NOTE: Contact Skyhigh Support to set up a tenant for the GovCloud (FedRAMP) environment. You need to sign up for a Skyhigh account trial, purchase, or renew a subscription. You can contact them for full assistance with setting up the GovCloud/FedRAMP tenant.
After you activate your Skyhigh account, you can sign in for the first time and set up access to web setup and web policy. For more details, see Sign In to Skyhigh Security Cloud for the First Time.
Activate Your Account
- In the welcome email, click Activate my account.
- Set a new password and click Set Password.
- Read the Notice to Users and click OK.
- Read the Skyhigh Security Cloud Services Agreement and select the I understand and accept the terms and conditions of Skyhigh Security Cloud checkbox.
- Click Agree.
- Enter the email you used during sign-up,
- Optionally select a language, and click Next.
- Provide the password that you specified and click Sign In.
Sign In to Security Cloud for the First Time
Once you set up your account, go to:
- https://auth.ui.trellix.com/ (commercial tenant)
- https://auth.ui.govshn.net/ (GovCloud tenant)
You can now configure web protection users and roles, allowing you to effectively manage access to web setup and policies.
