Restriction to Working with Remote Browser Isolation

When working with Remote Browser Isolation (RBI) under Secure Web Gateway, there is a restriction that you should be aware of.

  • HTTPS scanning impacts Office 365 — If you are working in the Full Isolation mode of Remote Browser Isolation and have the HTTPS Decryption rule set enabled at the same time, the Excel and Word programs from the Microsoft Office 365 suite are impacted. You cannot view or access them then.

    To work around this restriction, disable the HTTPS Decryption rule set. Excel and Word will then be available again.
