We are pleased to announce from 08.00 (PST) December 1, 2025 updates to Skyhigh Cloud Services Status Site, a centralized resource designed to provide transparent, real-time visibility into the operational health of our platform.

This site serves as the definitive source for critical service information and will include:

Updated design and refreshed layout.
Current Status: Instantaneous, real-time status of all Skyhigh Cloud PoPs and services.
Availability: Metrics regarding incidents, service uptime and performance.
Maintenance Windows: Proactive notification and scheduling details for all planned and necessary maintenance activities.
New email, Slack and webhook notifications, use the "Subscribe to Updates" option on the landing page.
The site address remains the same, so no need to bookmark a new site.

NOTE: The current Status Site RSS feed will be discontinued during the switchover on 1^st December. We encourage customers to visit the new site and register for updates so they do not miss any status changes or maintenance notifications.
