Monitor AI and ML Web Traffic with New URL Categorization

Skyhigh Web Gateway features dedicated Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning categories under URL categories to enhance visibility, control, and policy enforcement for AI-related web traffic. These new categories enable advanced policy actions such as real-time inspection, coaching, and data protection, while also improving reporting and dashboard capabilities. By replacing legacy subscribe lists, this update enables more granular management of AI domains and better alignment with organizational security policies.

To learn how to block access to websites using web filtering rules, set risk levels for blocking, and create custom rules within a rule set, see Category, Reputation, and Geo — Block Access to Websites.
