Timeouts for HTTP(S), FTP, and ICAP
Settings for timeouts on connections for communication under the HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, and ICAP protocols.
Setting can be found by navigating to Configuration > Application > Proxies (HTTP(S), FTP, SOCKS, ICAP...)
