Points to Remember
- The security features enabled within the proxy affect throughput significantly and require evaluation for proper sizing. The table below provides maximum throughput values for forward proxy deployment. Authentication, URL and media type filtering, antimalware and SSL decryption can reduce this value by more than 10x.
- Power consumption values are listed as maximums for a standard configuration where the appliance is run out-of-the-box without additional network interface cards, a Hardware Security Module (HSM), or any other installed components. For details on network interface cards and vendor model numbers for the SKU, see Additional Network Interface Cards.

- Power off the appliance.
- AOC-ATGC-i2TM card installed.
- Power up the appliance.
Note: Card is non-hot swappable with the WBG-5000-F and WBG-5500-F appliance.
