View Supported SSL Versions

Limited Availability: Upgrade to SWG 13.0 for enhanced stability and security. Contact Skyhigh Support for assistance.

The outdated and insecure protocol version SSLv3 is removed from all configurations and settings related to the SSL Protocol version section. All default settings or configurations containing SSL Protocol versions will now have only TLS1.3 and TLS1.2 options enabled by default.

Deprecation of SSH-RSA

The SSH-RSA public-key algorithm is now considered a weak encryption method and is deprecated by OpenSSH. Due to this, SSH connections to and from the Secure Web Gateway (SWG) will fail if the server or client is using an SSH-RSA key.

NOTE: It is recommended that you update your SSH keys to a more secure algorithm to ensure uninterrupted and secure connectivity.
