CSR Syslog Client Statistics are not displayed when using Internet Explorer 8

Syslog statistics information is not displayed under Report Server Settings > Log Sources > Statistics when you are using Internet Explorer 8 with Compatibility  View Settings enabled.

How to Fix:

Disable Compatibility View Settings in Internet Explorer:

  1. In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Compatibility View Settings.
  2. Deselect the following options:
  • Display intranet sites in Compatibility View
  • Display all websites in Compatibility View 
  1. Close and reopen Internet Explorer.
