Verify that the Web Cache is Enabled

You can verify that the web cache is enabled.

Select Configuration Appliances.
On the appliances tree, select the appliance that you want to verify enabling of the web cache for and click Proxies (HTTP(S), FTP, ICAP, and IM).
Scroll down to the Web Cache section and see whether Enable Cache is selected. If necessary, enable this option.
If necessary, click Save Changes.
