Media type filtering issue while downloading files through Gmail

Issue description : 

After having a media type filtering policy in place, and blocking file uploads and downloads through Gmail, we have an option to view the attachments on the right top corner, where we have a print option, that allows us to save the attachment which is equivalent to downloading it even though we have blocked uploads/downloads through Gmail. 

Solution : 

Do implement the following rules for blocking of files when trying to download them by printing and saving them :

1. Use matches in list for URL as in the list looks for exact value.




2. Gmail block List is a Wildcard Expression List with following content:



 

This will allow you to block the printing of Google drive contents:



Therefore, this will prevent the downloads through Gmail when trying to access via print PDF and trying to download the files.
