Media Type Detection for InDesign

Media Type can detect InDesign INDD and INDT files and templates. For these file types, the MediaType.EnsuredTypes property contains application/x-indesign.

Use this procedure to create a Media Type filtering ruleset to block uploading and downloading InDesign files.

To create a policy to block InDesign files using MediaType Detection:

1. Select Policy > Rule Sets.
2. Select a Media Type Filtering rule set.
3. Under Block Media Types in Uploads, click Edit .
   The New Edit List (MediaType) window opens. 
4. Click Edit and to the Upload MediaType Blocklist, add the media type application/x-indesign or application/x-adobe-indesign.  
5. Click OK.
6. Click Edit and to the Download MediaType Blocklist, add the media type application/x-indesign or application/x-adobe-indesign.  
7. Click OK
