Collect Logs from ePO Server for Troubleshooting
To investigate an issue with Content Security Reporter, collect these preliminary logs to help Technical Support troubleshoot CSR Issues.
- Select Menu > Configuration > Report Server Settings.
- From the Setting Categories menu, select System Backup.
- From the Actions menu, select Backup Now.
- When the System Backup message appears, click OK.
NOTES:
- The backup process can take several minutes.
- A backup123456789 folder is created, where 123456789 is the time stamp.
- The backup files are stored in the report server installation folder ..\Content Security Reporter\reporter\conf\.
- A backup (XML) file is saved in the backup folder.
- Wait until the file is created, then continue working without restoring it.
