Create a Feedback File from the CSR Support Page
Generate a feedback file that includes report server information for use by technical support.
Then contact Skyhigh Security Support.

Steps to Generate the Feedback File
- Log on to the ePO console.
- Go to Menu > Configuration > Report Server Settings.
- From the Setting Categories, select Support.
- Click Start.
- When the Support message appears, click OK to continue.
Note: Occasionally you may receive a UI error indicating Feedback file generation failure, however it would be successfully generated and available in CSR installation directory.
