Issue: DLP policies were unable to detect content (e.g., CPF data) posted in tabular format in message-based CSPs. This was due to HTML tags in the formatted content form of message-based CSPs, which may interfere with the DLP policy matching process. Resolution: Skyhigh Security now offers a customized configuration that improves DLP policy accuracy for message-based CSPs like Microsoft Teams. This feature intelligently processes HTML content, removing extraneous HTML tags and ensuring accurate content matching regardless of formatting. NOTE: This configuration is not enabled for all tenants and is available to tenants experiencing this issue. |

Issue: Searching for Shadow/Web DLP incidents by policy or incident number via the Omnibar on the Policy Summary page shows an incorrect incident count. This is because the policy name is applied as a filter twice (policy and policyname). Removing one filter still doesn't match the count displayed on the Policy Summary page. Resolution: Searching for a policy or incident number in the Policy Summary page redirects you to the Policy Incidents page. Here, only the policy filter is applied in the Omnibar, ensuring the incident count matches the Policy Summary page. |
