Resolved Issues
| Reference | Issue Description |
|---|---|
| MCP-10266 | The Skyhigh Client now collects Registryhives in support tool logs even when the destination folder name contains spaces. |
| MCP-10311 | The Skyhigh Client now consistently handles traffic redirection, bypass, and block decisions independently of the Syscore stream plugin or Trellix ENS Firewall, ensuring correct enforcement across supported Syscore versions 25.11 and later. |
| MCP-10468 | Addresses the connectivity issue with the ‘Secure Channel fallback’ option. When the 'Allow Connection without Secure Channel' option was enabled in the ePO policy, it prevented the Skyhigh Client from falling back to port 8080 when ports 8081 and 443 were blocked. |
| MCP-10469 | By disabling the 'Block on mutual authentication failure' option, Skyhigh Client successfully manages traffic even when tenant credentials are not synchronised between Skyhigh Client and the SWG proxy. |
| MCP-10470 | The Skyhigh Client now correctly redirects traffic when non-standard ports are configured in a V1 policy. |
| MCP-10471 | Skyhigh Client now provides enhanced installation capabilities. It now supports port range specifications to ensure the installation process completes successfully across various network environments. |
| MCP-10475 | The Skyhigh Client now consistently detects captive portals, access authentication pages, or obtains an IP address, which prevents successful network initialization and internet access. |
| MCP-10528 | The Skyhigh Client now bypasses traffic for any public IP address starting from 128.0.0.0 when using a V1 policy. |
| MCP-10532 | The Skyhigh Client now redirects traffic to configured non-standard redirection ports, and no longer to port 443. |
| MCP-10570 | The Skyhigh Client now correctly processes web requests after a network switch, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. |
