This hotfix release addresses bug fixes for the issues listed below.

NOTE: The SCP build 4.9.3.92 is now obsolete due to stability issues and is replaced by 4.9.3.304.

MCP-7239	The Windows API sometimes fails to retrieve user group details during user login. To address this, SCP has introduced a retry mechanism for fetching group information.
MCP-8445	When the outbound block rule in Windows Defender Firewall was active, the SCP 4.9.3.92 status incorrectly displayed as Always Redirecting instead of No Redirection. With this hotfix release, the SCP correctly displays the status of traffic redirection.
MCP-8520	On SCP 4.9.3.92, traffic redirection stops after a few days, requiring either a system reboot or an SCP restart.
