Verify the Enablement of Skyhigh Client UI on a Tenant
This document helps you verify the enablement of Skyhigh Client UI on a tenant.
- Log in to the SSE UI.
- Go to User Management > Users

The list of user profiles displays. - To edit the desired user profile, in the Actions column, click Edit.

The Skyhigh Client settings are listed. - The Policy Management setting is enabled by default. Click Edit.

- Ensure that the following settings are enabled.

IMPORTANT: In case the above options are enabled by default, and the Skyhigh Client-related navigation items are not visible, perform the following to view the navigation items:
- Disable and enable the Skyhigh Client options in the User Management page
- Click Save
- Log out and log back in
- Go to Policy > Skyhigh Client. The Skyhigh Client settings will display.

NOTE: If the problem persists, it is recommended to log a ticket at Skyhigh Support.
