Skyhigh Security

Configure Tenant Settings

The Skyhigh Client uses your credentials to communicate with other Skyhigh Security products. Credentials consist of a customer ID and a shared secret. You can view your Customer ID, modify your Shared Secret, and import or export your credentials to an XML file.

NOTE:

  • The Shared Secret field is greyed out for a user with an existing SCP policy.
  • Skyhigh Client provides one Shared Secret per tenant; updating the Shared Secret will also reflect the changes for the 4.x Client.

To configure tenant settings:

For a New User
  1. Navigate to Policy > Skyhigh Client > Configuration.
  2. From the Settings list, select Tenant Settings > Tenant Authentication

  3. (Optional) To change/update the existing shared secret in the Skyhigh Client, perform the following:
    1. In the Tenant Credentials section:
      1. Click Change Shared Secret.
The Change Current Shared Secret window opens:
        • In the New Shared Secret field, enter the new shared secret.
The shared secret serves as the password that secures communication between the Skyhigh Client and the Skyhigh SSE.
        • In the Confirm New Shared Secret field, re-enter the shared secret.
        • Click Save.

  2. From the Settings list, select Tenant Settings > Tenant Authentication.

  4. Repeat steps 3-4 under the New User section to change the shared secret and export the credentials.

NOTE: By default, the Retain Domain Names When Processing Active Directory Groups setting is enabled.
