Configure Tenant Settings
The Skyhigh Client uses your credentials to communicate with other Skyhigh Security products. Credentials consist of a customer ID and a shared secret. You can view your Customer ID, modify your Shared Secret, and import or export your credentials to an XML file.
NOTE:
- The Shared Secret field is greyed out for a user with an existing SCP policy.
- Skyhigh Client provides one Shared Secret per tenant; updating the Shared Secret will also reflect the changes for the 4.x Client.
To configure tenant settings:
- ► For a New User

- Navigate to Policy > Skyhigh Client > Configuration.
- From the Settings list, select Tenant Settings > Tenant Authentication

- (Optional) To change/update the existing shared secret in the Skyhigh Client, perform the following:
- In the Tenant Credentials section:
- Click Change Shared Secret.
The Change Current Shared Secret window opens:- In the New Shared Secret field, enter the new shared secret.
The shared secret serves as the password that secures communication between the Skyhigh Client and the Skyhigh SSE. - In the Confirm New Shared Secret field, re-enter the shared secret.
- Click Save.

- In the New Shared Secret field, enter the new shared secret.
- Click Change Shared Secret.
- In the Tenant Credentials section:
- (Optional) To export the tenant credentials from Skyhigh Client to your system, perform the following steps:
- On the Tenant Authentication window, from the Actions drop-down, select Export Credentials.

The customer ID and shared secret are downloaded in an XML file format.
- On the Tenant Authentication window, from the Actions drop-down, select Export Credentials.
- ► For an Existing User

- Navigate to Policy > Skyhigh Client > Configuration.
- From the Settings list, select Tenant Settings > Tenant Authentication.
- To import the credentials from your system to the Skyhigh Client, perform the following:
- On the Tenant Authentication window, from the Actions drop-down, click Import Credentials:
- Locate the XML file containing your credentials, and click Open.
When the customer ID in the XML file matches your customer ID in the Skyhigh Client, the shared secret is replaced with the one in the XML file.
- Locate the XML file containing your credentials, and click Open.
- On the Tenant Authentication window, from the Actions drop-down, click Import Credentials:
- Repeat steps 3-4 under the New User section to change the shared secret and export the credentials.
NOTE: By default, the Retain Domain Names When Processing Active Directory Groups setting is enabled.
