Default Action

The Default Action applies when the policy is disabled or when the traffic is not matched under Web and Network. The Default Action doesn't apply to the Bypass and Block sections. If any traffic is not matched under Bypass and Block, the traffic gets processed under Web. For the Network, the Forward to Firewall action has to be set under Bypass.

The Skyhigh Client policy has preset and custom rules defined for Bypass, Block, Web, and Network, which control traffic based on defined criteria. These rulesets have corresponding actions that bypass or block traffic, whereas Web and Network support traffic forwarding/redirection. Additionally, the Bypass ruleset forwards traffic from the endpoint to the Firewall.
