Uninstall Client

You can generate an individual release key for a user or a global release key for a user group who wants to uninstall the Skyhigh Client from the endpoint.

To uninstall the Skyhigh Client:

1. Navigate to Policy > Skyhigh Client > Configuration. 
2. From the Settings list, select Tools > Uninstall Client.
   
   
    
3. In the Identification Code field:
   1. For an individual user:
      1. End User ID code: Selecting this option generates an uninstall key that enables an end user to uninstall the Skyhigh Client from the system:
         • End User Name. Enter the name provided by the user.
         • End User Email Address. Enter the email address provided by the user.
         • End User Device Name (Optional). Enter the computer name provided by the user.
         • Business Justification. Enter the approved business reason provided by the user to suspend policy enforcement.
         • Policy Revision Number. Enter the policy revision number provided by the user.
   2. For a user group:
      1. Global Release Code: Selecting this option generates an uninstall key that enables a user group to remove Skyhigh Client from the system:
         • Business Justification. Enter the approved business reason to suspend policy enforcement.
         • Policy Revision Number. Enter the policy revision number.
4. Click Generate Key.
   The Client software validates the information entered by you and generates the release key. This key is shared with the end user to uninstall the Skyhigh Client from the system.
