Download Installer from SSE Console
You can download a Client Bundle or a Client installer from the following tabs to deploy the installers on the endpoints.
- Getting Started tab. You can download a Client installer.
- Policy tab. You can download a Bundle or a Client installer.
Download Client Installer from the Getting Started tab
Client Installer
- Go to Policy > Skyhigh Client > Policy > Getting Started.
- On the Getting Started tab, from the Download drop-down, select Client Installer.
- Select an applicable operating system and click Download.
- Click Done.
The Client installer is downloaded.
Download the Bundle or Client Installer from the Policy tab
- Go to Policy > Skyhigh Client > Policy.
- From the policy tree, select a policy.
- From the Download drop-down:
Bundle
A Bundle is a collection of the current policy and the Client installer.
- Select Bundle.
Case 1: When the current policy is published.
The Select Operating System for Download pop-up displays.
- Select an applicable operating system and click Download.
The Skyhigh Client is downloaded. - On the Download Skyhigh Client Bundle window, in the What you can do next section, perform the steps to install, run, and view the Skyhigh Client application.
- Click Done.
Case 2: When the current policy is not published
The Download Client Bundle pop-up displays with an error message.
- Click Done.
- Publish the unpublished policies by referring to the Publish a Client Policy section and download the bundle, repeating the steps of this section, starting with 1.
Client Installer
- Select Client Installer.
The Select Operating System for Download pop-up displays. - Select an applicable operating system and click Download.
- Click Done.
The Client Installer is downloaded.
Once you have downloaded the installer, you can deploy it to the endpoints using the available deployment methods.
