We’re excited to announce the upcoming Skyhigh Release of 6.6.0. These enhancements will be released to our cloud customers between February 27th- March 5th and released to our infrastructure March 14th - 21st 2024.

Maintenance

Skyhigh CASB-DLP |India Point of Presence| February 25, 2023

Planned maintenance is scheduled for our India Point-of-Presence (PoP) to update the performance and user experience.

When: Sunday, February 25, 2024, 3:30 AM- 08:30 AM UTC

Service Impact:
- During this maintenance window, we anticipate delays in On-Demand scans for India POP customers. All scans running & new scans submitted during the window will be resumed after the maintenance window.

End-of-Life Notices

SWG 11.x End-of-Life Reminder | September 30, 2024

Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway (SWG) on premise versions 11.x will reach End-Of-Life by the end of 2024. Customers must upgrade to 12.2.2 or later to continue using Skyhigh SWG. EOL dates are as follows:

11.0.x - 11.2.15 : End of Life on Sep 30, 2024:
11.2.16+ : End of Life on Dec 31, 2024:
