- Web Gateway Cloud Service environment has been updated to support the latest version of SWG 12.2.x versions.
Skyhigh SWG for On-Premises 10.2.27 and 11.2.16 | November 20, 2023
- As part of our upcoming maintenance release 10.2.27 and 11.2.16, FQDN accessed by SWG will be updated.
- If you are using SWG in hybrid mode where the policy is synchronized to the cloud, Action is required. You will need to manually update the cloud address.

- On December 4, 2023, SWG 12.2.2 will become the main release branch.
- If you are not ready to update to 12.2.x, work with the sticky upgrade command to select your desired upgrade version.
