Skyhigh CASB | Re-enable API for Microsoft Exchange Online | Action Required by December 31, 2023
- Microsoft Exchange Online users must migrate to ‘Graph API’, which requires you to set additional permissions for Microsoft Graph API within your Skyhigh CASB.
- Action Needed: Re-able the API instances for email in your Skyhigh dashboard and grant the required permission for the Skyhigh application.
- Failure to re-enable by December 31, 2023 may result in On-Demand Scanning and some response actions not working as expected. For detailed step by step instructions, please visit the link below.

Skyhigh SWG | Gateway Antimalware Engine v2023.2, build #4166 Beta | November 13, 2023
We are looking for customers to participate in the Beta Phase of GAM 2023.2 to provide feedback to help us improve our services. Detailed instructions on how to load the beta engine, as well as how to restore the original version, are available here.
Key features of this release include:
- To keep up with the evolution of polymorphic obfuscation techniques, we’re adding more geometric features that augment our behavioral classification.
- General classification support for Microsoft OneNote documents.
- New MITRE tags related to potential data-stealing behavior. These include monitoring for activities such as access to the clipboard, keyboard interactions, and file- and folder enumeration.
