We are updating you about important changes to the Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway On-Premise.
Starting December 4, 2023 Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway on-premise version 12.2.2 (released in October 2023) is the main release. Please refer to the
12.2.x release notes and follow our best practices for
updating Secure Web Gateway.
SWG 11.x End-of-Life
Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway (SWG) on premise versions 11.x will reach End-Of-Life by the end of 2024. Customers must upgrade to 12.2.2 or later to continue using Skyhigh SWG. EOL dates are as follows:
- 11.0.x - 11.2.15 : End of Life on Sep 30, 2024
- 11.2.16+ : End of Life on Dec 31, 2024
