Planned maintenance previously scheduled on April 6, 2024 is now scheduled for April 27, 2024. This is to update the core software of our products (backend activity) to optimize the performance and increase the speed of the data processing mechanism during the following time duration:

Downtime Required: 8 Hours
Service Impact:
- Data processing will be paused during the upgrade window which will result in delaying the availability of activities/events on the Skyhigh Dashboard.
- Service overview, user overview, anomalies pages and corresponding reports will have slower performance during maintenance.
