As previously communicated, planned maintenance scheduled on April 6, 2024 is now scheduled for April 27, 2024. This is to update the core software of our products (backend activity) to optimize the performance and increase the speed of the data processing mechanism during the following time duration:
Anticipated Start: April 27, 2024 (Saturday), 3:30 am UTC
Anticipated End: April 27, 2024 (Saturday), 12:30 pm UTC
Downtime Required: 8 Hours
Service Impact:
- Data processing will be paused during the upgrade window, which will result in delaying the availability of activities/events on the Skyhigh Dashboard.
- Service overview, user overview, anomalies pages and corresponding reports will have slower performance during maintenance.

Email Submission Process for Suspected Malware Reminder | April 12, 2024
As of April 12, 2024, the email process for submitting suspected malware (false negative or false positive) transitioned from McAfee Labs to the Trellix Advanced Research Center.
As of the above date, Skyhigh Security customers using the email submission process for suspected malware will need to submit to the new Trellix email addresses.
