- This system generated message will refer to the “Skyhigh Security and Trellix Customer Service Portal”.
- Inside, you’ll find a link to activate your Skyhigh Security Support Portal account. Your account will not be live until you activate it.
- Be sure to check your email filters and any spam folders if you do not see this message.
- If you have any issues logging into the new Skyhigh Security Support Portal, please contact the Customer Support team using the phone numbers mentioned in the link and select "Skyhigh Products" option when prompted.
