Skyhigh Security CASB Data Loss Prevention (Data Identifiers) End-Of-Support | Dec. 31, 2024
Skyhigh Security is moving towards a more advanced and versatile approach using classifications and therefore, will be ending support for our legacy DLP content matching techniques (Data Identifiers) for CASB on December 31, 2024.
In the next few weeks, we will be sending further communication and guidance on how to transition your CASB DLP policies to the new classifications solution. Our Skyhigh Security support teams will be working with you to ensure a seamless transition.
Please disregard this message if you:
- Do not use Data Identifiers in your CASB policy
- Use Skyhigh’s Reverse Proxy solution
- Are using Skyhigh Security’s Gov cloud environment

SWG 12.0/12.1 End-of-Life | September 30, 2024
Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway (SWG) on-premise versions 12.0/12.1 will reach End-Of-Life on Sep 30, 2024. Customers are recommended to upgrade to 12.2.3 or later to continue using Skyhigh SWG. EOL dates are as follows:
- 12.0.x and 12.1.x : End of Life on Sep 30, 2024

SWG 11.x End-of-Life Reminder | September 30, 2024
Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway (SWG) on-premise versions 11.x will reach End-Of-Life by the end of 2024. Customers must upgrade to 12.2.3 or later to continue using Skyhigh SWG. EOL dates are as follows:
- 11.0.x - 11.2.15 : End of Life on Sep 30, 2024
- 11.2.16+ : End of Life on Dec 31, 2024
