Dear Skyhigh Security customer,
We want to make sure your Skyhigh Security protected Exchange and Gmail services run smoothly. To enhance reliability, especially during any potential EU POP downtime, we’ve made some improvements.
If you are currently using Skyhigh Email DLP to protect Exchange and Gmail services, please follow the steps below to update your egress IPs. This will ensure your emails keep flowing without interruption.
For Exchange:
- Create a new exchange inbound connector (Skyhigh to Office365) with the same configuration as the existing connector, except for the Egress IP addresses.
- Configure the egress IPs by visiting this link.
- Enable the newly created connector.
- After 24 hours, disable the existing connector.
For Gmail:
- Navigate to admin.google.com -> Apps -> Google Workspace -> Gmail -> Routing -> SMTP relay service -> [service description] -> Edit -> Authentication.
- Update the egress IPs by following the instructions provided here.
Important Note: Please complete these steps before
January 30, 2024, to avoid any potential impact on your email delivery during EU POP downtime.
